Back - Slim-Bo / Slim

So, it's been quite a while since I've blogged, but I'm getting the urge back again. Now, the decision is to keep plugging away at this blogger blog, or should I take the big plunge and go for a hosted wordpress blog?

Anyway, so what's going on..??

Last night headed over and met up with Jack and some friends to eat at Slim-Bo. Slim-Bo is a pretty awesome vegetarian restaurant with a of imitation beef/pork/chicken dishes. It really tastes quite good, and one doesn't miss real meat at all when dining there. After stuffing ourselves silly, we took the walk across the road and headed into Slim.

We were there pretty early (by clubbing standards in Bangkok, about 10pm, and it was already pretty packed. Well...later on, packed definitely became an understatement. Since this weekend is a holiday weekend, and it's the end of the month, most people got paid today. Combined with the holiday, people wanted to go out and were ready to party....and A LOT of people headed to RCA (nightlife area where Slim is located.) I guess I'm getting to be an old man now, cause I got tired out and bailed before close. Too bad too..because toward the end of the night, that's when things usually start to get interesting. You know, when all those really gorgeous girls get a lot more friendlier after having a few whiskeys ;)
